💸 Refund Policy – Sarkani Gamer

At Sarkani Gamer, we are committed to delivering high-quality game development services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

✅ Full Refund

  • If the client cancels the order within 48 hours of payment and development has not yet started.

  • If Sarkani Gamer is unable to initiate the project due to technical or scheduling issues.

✅ Partial Refund

  • If development has started but is less than 50% completed, clients are eligible for a 50% refund of the total project cost.

  • For minor disputes or missing features that can’t be resolved within a reasonable time, a mutual partial refund may be considered.

❌ No Refund

  • If more than 75% of the project is completed, or if the final files/source code have been delivered.

  • If the delay or issue is due to the client (lack of communication, late responses, change of scope, etc.).

  • For custom packages, once special assets or licensing has been purchased for your project.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

    • Your name

    • Order ID or Invoice number

    • Reason for the refund

  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days to review your request.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Order Cancellation

Clients may cancel their order within 48 hours of payment if development has not started. After this period, cancellation requests will follow the same eligibility terms as above.
