  • UI/UX design, multiplayer systems, and backend setup

All services are subject to project-specific agreements and delivery timelines discussed during onboarding.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be placed through the official Fluent Form on www.sarkanigamer.site

  • Project work begins only after a confirmed initial payment

  • Full payment is required before final file delivery or server handover

  • Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods

3. Project Timelines

  • Estimated timelines are shared at the start of the project

  • Delays due to client inaction (e.g., missing approvals or content) are not the responsibility of Sarkani Gamer

  • Urgent delivery requests may incur additional charges

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables (game code, assets, designs)

  • Sarkani Gamer retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours (if development has not started)

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy

  • Partial or full refunds are processed based on the stage of development

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide all necessary information, content, and access on time

  • Communicate clearly and respond promptly during the project

  • Ensure their use of the game complies with local laws, especially for RMG (Real Money Gaming)

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Sarkani Gamer is not responsible for how a client uses the delivered product

  • We are not liable for losses, legal issues, or damages resulting from client misuse

  • Game legality and platform regulations are the client’s responsibility

We offer:

  • 30 days of free technical support after project delivery

Extended maintenance can be arranged upon request.

9. Modifications

Sarkani Gamer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
